To our community
The Paleo Passage Staff Promise
We believe that a welcoming and thriving gaming environment starts with leadership built on accountability, transparency, and respect. As the staff team of Paleo Passage, we proudly commit to the following standards for every single member, both in-game and out:
- Unwavering Fairness & Equality
We pledge to treat every community member equally and impartially. Rules will be enforced consistently, and we will never show favoritism, bias, or special treatment to friends, staff members, or long-standing players.
- Active Listening & Open Communication
Your voice matters. Whether we are able to fulfill a request or implement a specific suggestion, we promise to hear you out, take your concerns seriously, and treat your feedback with respect and consideration.
- Professionalism Under Pressure
We hold ourselves to a high standard of maturity. Even in heated or difficult situations, staff members will remain calm, objective, and constructive, acting as steady pillars for the community.
- Kindness & Inclusivity
We strive to foster a warm, welcoming environment where everyone feels valued. Toxicity, exclusion, and hostility have no place here, and our team will lead by example with empathy and kindness.
- Unity & Togetherness
A community is only as strong as its bonds. We are here to support one another, bridge divides, and work collaboratively to ensure Paleo Passage remains a safe, fun, and engaging home for all.
Our Commitment to You
Accountability goes both ways. If you ever feel that a staff member is falling short of these promises, our leadership team's virtual door is always open.
